In Tally, open the form’s Integrations tab and add a webhook: paste the Starleads address there. Tally sends each new response to it.
Tally’s hidden fields pick up the source from the form link: campaign, page, trade show. Passed on with the contact, they give Léa her opening line: “You got in touch after Tuesday’s webinar, is that right?”
Keep your conditional questions too, so requests are sorted within the form itself. Simple requests get their answer without a call. Léa calls back the ones that need a conversation, with the answers in hand.
