Paid monthly either way. With the 12-month commitment, your credits are available for the whole year; with no commitment, they are included every month.
Inbound calls are counted per call, whatever their length; outbound calls per contact, up to 4 attempts. Annual estimate based on your monthly volume, for the phone only, excluding SMS, WhatsApp, chat and options. Your credits can be used freely over 12 months. Plan suggested from your volume and the integrations you select; adjust it to the number of simultaneous calls you need.

An inbound call is counted per call, whatever its length. An outbound call and an SMS are counted per contact. Chat and WhatsApp are counted per conversation. Example: with Pro, an inbound call uses 27 credits (€0.27) with the 12-month commitment, or 34 credits (€0.34) with no commitment.
Yes, once per contact, even if the person is never reached. Counting is per contact, not per attempt: up to 4 attempts, voicemail included. From Pro, you can then follow up by SMS or WhatsApp.
The whole platform, Business features included, with no limits. You create your agents and test them before choosing your plan.
Our team keeps a close eye on your usage to help you match it to your needs and your budget. We contact you before your credits run out to review things with you. If needed, you can change plan during the year. You can also keep your plan and start a new 12 months with a fully topped-up credit allowance. These changes are set out in an amendment to your contract, subject to your agreement.
